Requirement Gathering and Documentation

In any development project – understanding the client requirements is the most important aspect otherwise we end up solving the wrong wrong problem.

Wireframing & Prototyping

To ensure we have collected the right requirements, we create wireframes and then develop a prototype so you get the feel of the product which will be developed. This will clear any grey areas and bring us on the same page

Development

Once the Prototype is approved – our coding team takes over and works as per the schedule and delivers according to the milestones. We use version control and task management tools to ensure appropriate standards are maintained and work is executed as planned.

QA and Testing

Our QA team prepares test cases and performs quality checks ensuring the system compliance with its specified requirements

Deployment and Maintenance

The tested development scope of work is presented to customers for acceptance and upon their approval we deploy it to the Live Server. Once the applications are Live we also maintain them to ensure they have minimum downtime and optimal performance
